Damages and issues to your pottery
We ask that once you have completed your piece of pottery, please take a picture of it for your records. This helps us identify your piece and show the condition it was in when you left it with us.
On collection, we may ask you or whoever you have chosen to collect it to inspect for any damages or imperfections that may have occurred in the glazing or firing process so that this can be dealt with there and then with a member of the team.
However, once you have taken possession of the pottery, any faults or damages will not be Buxton Pottery Painting Café Ltd.’s responsibility and there will be no returns or refunds.
If you have opted for us to post your pottery, we will package your pottery to a high standard and always ensure to handle it with care right up to us handing it over to delivery provider. Once we have handed your pottery over to the delivery provider, the piece is no longer under our protection and as such, any faults or breakages will need to be dealt with directly with the postage provider. We will endeavour to help in the process as much as possible.
If you receive the wrong item when collecting or receiving in the post, please contact us immediately so that we can rectify this.
